Callas was very careful with her diet,
but she appreciated good food.
Whenever she liked a recipe,
she would ask the chef for it and kept it.
The book with her collection of recipes
was first published in Italian in 2006
and was translated into several languages.
In Greece, it was even published as a newspaper insert!
